O’SULLIVANS BEACH BOAT RAMP
The marina has a fully monitored security system and you can go home feeling comfortable that your pride and joy is being looked after.
If you choose to stay overnight on your boat, please notify security on 82348899 prior to your stay. If they are not notified, and the secruity system
identifies movement in the marina between 2400hrs and 0600hrs, a patrol will be dispatched. (Please note that a cost may be incurred for the person
occupying the berth)
The marina facilities are not designed for live aboard and there is a 3 consecutive night limit on staying on boats.
SECURE CAR PARK
Your gate fob also gives you access to secure car park located adjacent to the marina. You are welcome to use this and can leave your vehicle in it while you are off cruising. While we have taken every effort to make this secure, we do not guarantee security beyond what a fence will provide. Please note that this is for parking, and not a storage or camping area. Parking of trailers or campervans will not be tolerated. Having said that, if you have short term situations crop up do not hesitate to discuss them with the marina manager. BERTH ACCESS 1. Hold proximity key alongside sensor. (Reader will beep on recognition.) 2. Pull gate towards you and then push to open. This will release the gate latch and enable access to berth. The gate will automatically lock behind you. 3. To exit, repeat the above procedure. CAR PARK ACCESS 1. When approaching the northern car park gate, hold proximity key in front of reader on right hand side of driveway. Gate will automatically open fully and close after entry. 2. To gain access to berth from car park through either exit; 3. Personal Access Gate (PA Gate) on the south eastern corner of the carpark. Hold proximity key alongside reader to open. 4. You must manually close the PA Gate behind you. This does not close automatically. NOTIFICATION REQUIRED All entries and exits to car park and marina berths are recorded. You must ring Security Monitoring Company if you intend to access your berth between the hours of 11.00pm and 5.00am (Daylight Savings Hours) Please call the Security Company on (08) 8234 8899 and advise them of your voicecode (Berth Number & Berth Owner Surname) Eg. A5Smith Failure to comply may result in charges being on forwarded to you should the patrol car be sent to investigate out of hours security events.
